Little Bear Bottoms Corn Maze

October 15
Me and kids went to the Little Bear Bottoms corn maze with Head Start. Surprisingly it was a really warm day. The kids loved the hay bales maze. They had stacked 1 ton hay bales and made a little maze. I think all the kids were more interested in that then the actual corn maze. We tried going through the corn maze, but decided it was too hard. I definitely do not have the patience for corn mazes. When I want out, I want out.

Heber Creeper

We took the plunge and decided to spend the money and go on the Heber Creeper train ride. Our neighbor, Sallie and grandson Jerry went with us. We had a lot of fun riding the 3 hour train ride and then spending the day in Salt Lake City and Cabela's. The scenery on the train was beautiful. The leaves were just beginning to change.

We are planning to go back and ride The Polar Express in December. The kids should really like that.

Parker's 5 Year Pictures

Parker was such a good sport while taking his pictures. I was a little worried, but he did very well. Isn't he the cutest little cowboy ever?

My baby turns 5

I can not believe that Parker is 5. He is grown into such a handsome young boy. He loves cars, trucks, tools, hunting, camping, playing with any toy, anything Dukes of Hazzard, and helping his dad. He is your typical 100% boy. He can entertain himself with anything. So glad to have a Parker in my life.

Bubbles & Smiles

I just love my Parker full of play and smiles. He is happy doing anything. Parker enjoying a nice summer evening blowing bubbles.

Mud Hole

August 18, 2011

The kids (Maisie, Parker, and Lainey Bliesner) found a nice mud hole and couldn't resist playing in it. First it started with just their feet and then pretty soon Parker was covered in mud. He loved playing in the mud, but not so sure about the clean up. It was not happy about the hose.
